The study uses Aquantuo LLC as a single case to understand the relationship between Knowledge Management (KM) Infrastructure and Processes. This included finding components of KM Infrastructure, effects on its Process, factors that influence decision acquire Infrastructure-Sharing in Aquantuo. paper followed quantitative research procedure for design analysis questionnaire. findings indicated Aquantuo’s consisted technical social aspects aspect infrastructure had more impact operations than infrastructure. It was noted from positively facilitated further showed KMI acquisition is most impacted by cost compared organisation goals competition, among other factors.
